Gauhati University PG, UG Exams to be Held in Online Mode
The Gauhati University has decided to conduct all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) exams in online mode.

GUWAHATI: With the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases in the state, the Gauhati University has decided to conduct all undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) exams in online mode.
It also notified that the PG examinations will commence from June 1 through June 15, while UG exams will be started from the second week of June.
According to reports, an urgent online meeting was held on May 7, 2021, under the chairmanship of Prof Pratap Jyoti Handique, Vice-Chancellor, Gauhati University in which the Presidents and the General Secretaries of Gauhati University Teachers' Association Assam College Principals' Council decided to opt for the online mode of examinations.
