GBRC closed Monday for weather, Presidents Day The Great Bend Recreation Commission announced Friday it will be closed Monday, Feb. 15 due to forecasted inclement weather and in observance of Presidents Day. Both GBRC locations, 1214 Stone St. and the Great Bend Activity Center at 2715 18th St. are included in this closure. Normal hours will resume Tuesday, Feb. 16.
