Finger Lakes Hires promotes businesses in need of workers by promoting their workforce culture and job openings. “There’s a critical shortage of workers that has begun to negatively impact some company’s ability to grow”, said Lynn Freid, FLWIB Director. “Finger Lakes Hires” is a new program designed to highlight the unique stories and business cultures of companies in the Finger Lakes every day for one week. “RealEats is a great example of the kind of company Finger Lakes Hires is designed to support,” Freid added.
