Girl, 8, struck by speeding hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn,

The victim was crossing Sutter and Christopher Aves. in Brownsville with her 14-year-old brother and 16-year-old sister about 4:30 p.m. Monday when the speeding driver struck her, cops said.
