Peter Hutchieson, 38, made the remarks to the woman on January 21 this year. He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing after previously pleading guilty to acting in a racially aggravated manner by uttering the offensive comments to his victim. The procurator fiscal depute said: “The accused stated to his neighbour ‘f**k off, f**k off back to your own country, f*****g b***h’. “Her husband was present at the time and observed the accused reaching for a wooden stick, which had nails protruding from it. “Police were contacted at this time.” Hutchieson’s defence solicitor said her client has a problem with alcohol.
