Globe sells controlling stake in ECPay to Mynt : vimarsana.c

GLOBE Telecom Inc. said Monday that it was selling its controlling stake in electronic payment service provider ECPay to Mynt, the parent firm of mobile payment service GCash, for P2.3 billion.
