Glow for a walk: Upgrades to section of Elizabeth River Trail will make the path light up in the dark

By this fall, the portion of the trail that cuts through the Jeff Robertson Park will glow in the dark. The Glowline project is aimed at bringing excitement to the trail, which will see major expansions in the coming years.
