Uniindia: Itanagar, Nov 21 (UNI) Issues like security along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), border area development and civic welfare initiatives of Indian Army in Arunachal Pradesh were discussed threadbare when General Officer Commanding (GOC), HQ 56 Infantry Division, Major General VK Purohit called on Governor Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra at Raj Bhavan here on Monday.
