Godrej Properties & Shelton Infrastructure retain plots as B

Godrej Properties and Shelton Infrastructure will retain the plots in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai as Bombay high court deemed Cidco's cancellation order 'irrational' and 'clearly arbitrary'. The court rejected Cidco's plea to cancel the allotments.
