Government center changes after-hours access policy
Participants in most city and county meetings after 5 p.m. will have a 30-minute period to access the building, starting Monday.

Starting Monday, the city-county Government Center Rotunda doors (Door C) will only be unlocked for meetings after 5 p.m. when public meetings are scheduled or expected to occur after business hours. They will be unlocked for 30 minutes to provide access to meetings.
Anyone seeking to attend a public meeting in the city-county Government Center will have a narrow access window in 2021.
For most public meetings after 5 p.m, the rotunda doors, marked Door C, will be the only access to the building and will open 15 minutes before a scheduled meeting and be locked 15 minutes after the meeting’s scheduled start time.
