Rajneel Kumar of Sakoca, Tamavua who was also allegedly found with smoking apparatus in the hotel room appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court this morning. Kumar has been charged with a count each of unlawful possession of controlled equipment, failure to comply orders, failure to obey traffic direction and dangerous driving.
