The Capital Region Greek Festival returns May 14-15 with a drive-thru at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Wormleysburg. The festival will sell a pared down menu of favorites such as assorted boxed pastries and frozen “take and bake” pastitsio and mousakka. “We’re hoping the spirit of the Greek Fest lives,” said Dimitro Zozos, one of the organizers. Typically, the festival attracts more than 30,000 visitors for authentic Greek food, dancing and church tours over three days. Organizers decided, as they did last fall, to host a drive-thru due to the coronavirus pandemic.
