WGLT Police in McLean County have issued a public alert as they try to find a man suspected in a string of stolen vehicles. Authorities say the man should be considered armed and dangerous. Bloomington Police issued a statement on social media Friday that a warrant was issued for Todd Kelly Jr., 36, of Gridley, for possession of a stolen vehicle.
