Belarus’ updated military doctrine can serve as a basis for settling the
situation in Europe, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces -
First Deputy Minister of Defense Viktor Gulevich said as he addressed
the members of the House of Representatives in Minsk on 31 January,
