The Archeological Survey of India (ASI) has requested a Varanasi court to delay the release of its Gyanvapi mosque complex survey report by at least four weeks, as confirmed by the Hindu side's lawyer. The sealed report was submitted on December 18, following a court-ordered scientific survey to address claims of the 17th-century mosque being built over a pre-existing Hindu temple.
