Notice Regarding Revision of Dividend Forecast (Commemorative Dividend) H.U. Group Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter, "the Company") hereby announces that it has revised its year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, as stated in the "Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2021 (under Japanese GAAP)" released today. Details are as follows. The subject matter will officially be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors at a meeting scheduled to be held on May 21, 2021. 1. Reason for revision of dividend forecast As stated in the "Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2021 (under Japanese GAAP)" released today, the financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 have been finalized and the Company decided to pay an ordinary dividend of 75 yen per share, which had previously been undecided. Moreover, in commemorating the 70th anniversary of its foundation, the Company will also pay a commemorative dividend of 19 yen per share, in order to express gratitude to its shareholders for their constant support.
