Half-naked Pattaya tourist dangles from hotel window seconds

PATTAYA (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Police in Thailand have arrested a Russian man after his girlfriend plummeted to her death from the seventh floor of a hotel in the resort city of Pattaya.
