Harakka: Finland won't accept rail-gauge changes requested b

The European Commission has requested that Finland migrate to the European standard gauge of 1,435 millimetres on all new and most existing rail connections. The request is unacceptable and unreasonable, says Minister of Transport and Communications Timo Harakka (SDP).
