Harrow Council’s planning committee will assess the latest part of the ongoing housing project in Harrow View East, at the site of the former Kodak building, which seeks to provide almost 500 homes in blocks up to 14 storeys high. Covering two plots of land outlined in the wider masterplan, the application also proposes space for a new retail store, areas for community use, and two “podium gardens”.
