HC debars corruption accused from seeking bail for 4 months for fraudulence

The High Court today debarred a corruption accused, Nur Mohammed, from seeking bail from any court of Bangladesh for next four months for committing fraudulence with the court by suppressing fact of securing rule twice over his bail in the same case.
After going through the documents and hearing arguments, the HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman said the incident of suppressing information of securing rule over bail for two times from the court in connection with the same case is an act of fraudulence.
