HC Paves Way for Boy With Cerebral Palsy to Pursue MBBS Afte

Manthan Sawai, with disability assessed at 73%, was recently denied an eligibility certificate by the state Disability Certification Board to pursue an MBBS course. The rule only set a cap at 80% disability.
