Despite the narrative from opposition parties that health-care funding has been frozen by a cruel and heartless government, Mantoba’s 2021 budget makes historic investments in our health-care system. One needs to look no further than Manitoba’s Clinical and Preventive Services Plan and the investments planned for its implementation to find proof.
