The Repository Editor's note: In partnership with The Repository, every Monday, Stark Community Foundation is highlighting positive happenings in our community. Here’s to Good News Mondays! Compassion Delivered has provided nutritional meals at no cost to people who are coping with chronic, life-threatening illnesses and diseases since inception in 2017. This month, the organization is on track to donate its 10,000th meal to those in need in our community. Founders Amanda and Daniel Anschutz have always believed that families should not have to choose between the financial burden of nutritious meals or medication. When they researched organizations around the country that were tackling this issue and realized that this service was missing from our community, they formed Compassion Delivered and have since made it their mission to keep those in need from suffering because of malnutrition and hunger.
