A Helen man was arrested last week in connection to a child molestation. Kale Eugene Ramey Jr, 19, is facing child molestation charges in the case that occurred between March and October of 2019 at a home on Sardis Road, the Hall County Sheriff's Office said in a media release. Ramey allegedly molested the female victim, who is under 16, on multiple occasions. The crime was reported to the Sheriff's Office on October 23, 20202 by Hall County Division of Family and Children Services. After a series of interviews, an arrest warrant was obtained. Ramey was arrested and booked on January 27, and he remains in the Hall County Jail as of Monday afternoon with a $12,630 bond.
