Hickory Man Charged With Kidnapping, Robbery, Assault Justin Daniel Delaney Hickory Man Charged With Kidnapping, Robbery, Assault January 22, 2021 36-year-old Justin Daniel Delaney of Catawba Valley Boulevard in Hickory was arrested Thursday (January 21) by Brookford Police Officers. He’s charged with second-degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon. Delaney was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $50,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (January 22).
