High Court dismisses Labuan MP's striking-out application :

KUALA LUMPUR, The High Court here dismissed an application by Labuan MP Datuk Rozman Isli to quash a charge made against him for using his position to secure a contract for Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn Bhd (LLPM) three years ago.
