Highway Patrol commander explains mission, invites tips : vi

Making road trips safer – that’s the goal of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, says Capt. Joseph C. Elliott, the newly named commander of Troop 7.



Elliott accepted an invitation from Vance Mayor Michael Aiken Sr. to speak at the town council’s monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 26.
