‘Shishu Bokta’ Rafiqul remanded in 2 cases

Rafiqul Islam Madani, widely known as "Shishu Bokta", was placed on remand today in two cases filed with Motijheel and Tejgaon police stations. 
A virtual court in Dhaka placed Madani on a four-day remand in a case filed with Motijheel Police Station over the violence on March 25 this year.
Metropolitan Magistrate Abu Sufiyan Md Noman passed the order after Md Kamrul Hasan Talukder, an inspector of the Detective Branch of Police and also the investigation officer of the case, submitted a 10-day remand prayer.
