Sentinel Staff HOLLAND — Holland Museum will host a virtual fundraiser this spring. The fundraiser will feature the lengthy history of Holland Peanut Store, 46 E. Eighth St. in downtown Holland. The store, owned by the Fabiano family, has been in business for over a century. “The museum is excited to present the history of a great local, family-owned business,” Holland Museum Executive Director Ricki Levine said in a statement. “In addition to being a fun and entertaining evening, this event will help raise funds to support education initiatives at the museum." During the event at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 20, attendees will hear stories from patriarch Paul Fabiano and fourth and fifth generation family members. The event will be the first in a virtual series that will explore "unique stories from our local past."
