A 29-year-old man from Holmen, Lue Vang, has been charged with multiple felony counts of sexual assault and physical abuse after allegedly assaulting a woman over a three-day period. The woman reported that Vang physically abused her, including punching her in the face and forcing her into sexual intercourse.
