News24 The Department of Home Affairs has submitted its plans for the Refugee Reception Office (RRO) in Cape Town after it has been closed for years, leaving refugees and asylum seekers destitute. The plans were submitted as per a court order in May this year. In the latest report dated June this year, the department says it has earmarked a site in Epping that it would use as the new RRO.
