Wicked Local The following are excerpts from the Watertown Police log as made available by the Watertown Police Department. The log is public and available for review. All persons are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. There were 48 reports of unemployment identity fraud between Nov. 17 and Nov. 29. Nov. 17 5:15 p.m.: Police responded to an apartment building at 204 Arsenal St. for a report of found property in an elevator. Residents found a stack of $100 bills wrapped in a plastic bag, with "$20,000" labeled on the bag. Further investigation determined the bills were counterfeit. The Secret Service was notified and is investigating.
