Campers at Broadway Hill Park were ordered to move out by Wednesday. The city's Parks and Recreation Department posted notices at the park on Monday, then moved in Wednesday to clear the camp. City officials say they had to take action after 10 fires broke out at the encampment over the past six months. The city's Hope Team is offering the people living in the park shelter and services.
