Hong Kong cancels quarantine exemption for most incoming tra

Currently, there are 36 and 12 categories of persons exempted from quarantine in accordance with Cap. 599C and Cap. 599E respectively. These will be brought down to five and three categories respectively, effective 12 Nov.
