Hong Kong: Govt typist tests positive The Commerce & Economic Development Bureau today said a typist has tested positive for COVID-19. The typist is responsible for providing supporting services on the 23rd floor of the West Wing at the Central Government Offices in Tamar. She last worked on December 17 and had no contact with the public in her daily duties. The typist wore masks, properly maintained social distancing and her body temperature was normal when undergoing temperature screening while at work. She underwent COVID-19 testing on December 2 and 12 and the results were negative. The typist tested positive for the virus on December 29 after learning she is a close contact of a positive case which was confirmed on December 25.
