Houma man indicted in fatal drive-by shooting A Houma man has been indicted in connection with a fatal drive-by shooting two years ago. Kirk Robinson, 33, was gunned down Aug. 25, 2019, as he sat in his car and later died from his wounds at a local hospital, Houma Police said. Bobby Cooper, 19, and 22-year-old Ty’rell McKinley were arrested on charges of second-degree murder, three counts of attempted-second-degree murder and possession of a stolen vehicle. McKinley is additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A grand jury found enough evidence Tuesday to indict Cooper on a charge of second-degree murder, prosecutors said.
