Citizant says it has helped the IRS save 25,000 hours by using DevOps technology. Citizant helped the IRS start using the open source project Jenkins and Red Hat's OpenShift. As tax season draws to a close, the IRS is processing millions of forms. But as its servers face increased traffic, it's able to carry out tech tasks much faster than it once could thanks to help from IT firm Citizant.
