How is Sudbury faring against the coronavirus

Wicked Local
With elementary school students returning full time to the classroom this week, and middle and high school students set to return after April vacation, here is a look at how Sudbury is faring in its battle against the coronavirus:
Youth cases
In the week between March 25 and 31, the most recent week for which data is available, Sudbury Public Schools reported three student cases of Covid-19 and no staff cases.  During that same week, seven high school students reported positive test results but there were no cases among the high school staff.
Sudbury by the numbers
As of April 1, there have been 758 total reported cases in Sudbury according to numbers posted on the state’s weekly public health report, including 23 new cases reported last week. The average daily rate of positive cases per 100,000 people over the past two weeks has risen in each of the last two weeks from 7.6 on March 18 to 8.8 on March 25 to 16.4 on April 1, sending the town back into the "yellow" zone, after two weeks of being in the "green" zone.
