HP launches new AI PCs powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elit

HP: Both devices are powered by Qualcomm’s ARM processor with a dedicated neural processing unit (NPU), capable of running 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS), to run language models and generative AI locally on the device.
