HS: Essayah justifies lynx hunting with consideration for "s

Helsingin Sanomat reported on 13 October that the Finnish Wildlife Agency has granted special licences for hunting 300 lynxes during the season starting in December. The licences were granted on grounds of population management, a reason that is not recognised in either Finnish or EU law.
