Posted By Molly Roberts During their regular meeting on Monday, Dec. 7, the Lone Tree city council set two public hearings regarding the FY22 budget. The first meeting, set for the beginning of the council’s regular meeting on Jan. 4, will concern SF634 max levy property tax certification. The second hearing, to approve the FY22 budget, was set for the beginning of the council’s regular meeting on Feb. 1. In new business, the council unanimously passed three resolutions to appoint the official city attorney, engineer and newspaper. Crystal K. Raiber and Robert S. Michael of Holland, Michael, Raiber & Sittig PLC were designated as city attorney.
