(KMIZ) Jefferson City police officers arrested one person related to a chase Thursday morning. A release from the police department said 32-year-old Byron Williams was arrested on suspicion of multiple charges. The release said officers tried to stop Williams' vehicle, a Ford passenger car, as part of a warrant investigation, however, Williams did not stop driving. Police chased Williams onto West Main Street, the car continued driving on Belair Drive and entered a school zone, at which time officers stopped the chase.
