India Resurgence Fund (IndiaRF), a special situations investment platform sponsored by Piramal Enterprises and Bain Capital Credit, is in talks with its limited partners (LPs) to raise its second fund targeting up to $1 billion. The first fund had a corpus of $629 million with main LPs including CPPIB and IFC. The second fund aims to attract commitments from CPPIB and IFC, with a first closing expected by December.
