The Nifty Bank witnessed value buying at lower levels, which pushed the index above its crucial resistance level. Axis Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank were among top gainers while selling was seen in Federal Bank, Bank of Baroda, IDFC First Bank and AU Small Finance Bank.
