Tamil Nadu Minister V Senthil Balaji's bail petition has been dismissed by the Madras High Court. Balaji was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case. The judge cited concerns that Balaji's brother is absconding and that Balaji, who holds the post of a Minister without portfolio, may tamper with witnesses.
