Sonia Gandhi filed her nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha election in Jaipur. Ajay Maken and Abhishek Singhvi were also nominated. Renuka Chowdhury and M Anil Kumar Yadav were nominated as candidates from Telangana. Syed Naseer Hussain and Akhilesh Prasad Singh were renominated.
