Rahul Patel, 23, who has come from nearby Bareli town in Bhopal and works with an e-commerce firm, says he is earning Rs 10,000 after doing B-tech, as there are less job opportunities. He feels it is time to change the government. "Badlav zaruri hai aur Congress ke elava option kya hai (Change is required but there is no option besides Congress)," Patel said, a sentiment which is visible among the youth in the urban pockets of the state, who raise issue of unemployment and paper leak in MP.
