His tweet came after reports of the Centre slashing funds for soldiers' uniform surfaced on the internet. "MAKE (empty slogans and useless acronyms) IN INDIA....meanwhile, make our soldiers buy their own clothes and shoes," tweeted the Gandhi scion, who is currently accompanying her mother Sonia Gandhi for a medical check-up in abroad.
