Our dear AIM-MBA classmate Angel Tamayo passed away last week after a lingering illness. He was a gentle and kind person. Prof. Horacio Borromeo noted how Gel always sought to see only the good in those around him. Gel retired from banking, realty development and property assets management.He was into consulting, wrote his first fiction novel and was drafting his second before he got sick. Gel is fondly remembered by his cohorts as a writer who was the de-facto class chronicler. Allow me to share snippets of a piece Gel wrote about our business school journey in the 80’s.
