Pune rally video clips on social media While rejecting the anticipatory bail applications of notorious gangster Gajanan Marne and his eight aides, the sessions court on Thursday observed his disobedience during the procession that was taken out after his release from Taloja prison on February 16. Marne had filed anticipatory bail application, in connection with the case registered with Hinjawadi police station. In second week of February, a special court for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) had acquitted Marne (54) and his 13 aides in connection with the murder of Santosh Hiraman Gawade alias Pappu, a rival gang member, for lack of evidence. Marne, after being released from Taloja Central Prison, apparently conducted a huge rally, including over 500 vehicles.
